What this website collects
Nothing. This website has no analytics, no advertising tags, no embedded third-party content and no forms connected to a mail handler. It makes no requests to any other server. The enquiry form on the contact page checks what you type inside your own browser and then discards it; it does not transmit or store anything.
The one thing that may be kept on your device is your answer to the cookie notice, described in the cookie notice.
Correspondence sent to the company
When you write to the registered office, the company holds what you send: your name, the organisation you write for, your contact details and the substance of your enquiry. It is held so that the enquiry can be answered, so that the answer can be evidenced afterwards, and so that the company can keep the business records it is required to keep.
Correspondence is not sold, and it is not passed to anyone for marketing. It may be shown to the company’s professional advisers where a matter requires it, and it will be disclosed where the company is obliged by law to disclose it.
How long it is kept
Correspondence is kept for as long as the matter it concerns remains live, and afterwards for the period the company is required to retain business records. It is then disposed of.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information the company holds about you, ask for it to be corrected if it is wrong, and ask for it to be erased where the company is not required to keep it. If you are not satisfied with the company’s response, you are entitled to raise the matter with the United Kingdom’s data protection authority.
Changes
If this notice changes, the revised version replaces this one on this page.
